Shipping Info

At the moment I only ship to Canada, unless you contact me directly.

Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. However, some items are made as the order is placed; please allow extra time for these items to be process. Delivery time also varies depending on your local post office.

Shipping is done though Canada Post. Flat fee $22.98.

If you live in the Ottawa area, you are welcome to arrange for free pick up.
Refund, Resend and Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Product may be refunded if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake.

Please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

Customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee to return any item(s), in all circumstances, no exceptions.

Shipping fees are not refundable even if items are defective, missing, if a mistake was made on the order or any other circumstance.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Online Workshops and meditations are considered to be Digital Items and cannot be returned nor refunded.
