We do not operate a retail store. All orders are placed online and shipped to your chosen location.

ITEMS ON DEMAND have their own calculated shipping rate done at time of payment, and can be purchased worldwide.

All other Items are shipped through Canada Post and offer flat shipping rates. For orders with an Ontario address the rate is $15 and for addresses across Canada $20. All orders going to the US $25CAD.

At this moment we do not ship worldwide. If you are interested in ordering from outside Canada or the US, please contact us directly contact@monicadumot.com

Returns and exchanges

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
