What is Channeling?
When we work from the perspective of our hearts, channeling is when we build a bridge of communication to the higher realms or higher consciousness.
When an individual is channeling from this perspective, they are simply connecting to higher consciousness through specific energy points in the body.
When higher beings communicate with us through a channel, they give advice and information as well as help us transmute energies that need altering. This is where we allow for conscious transformations and expansion in all aspects of ourselves. During any channel we are encouraged to embrace what resonate for us and let go of the rest.
